@thebernabebuzz hello! I would say yes. I have not worn this dress but I have tried it on and it fits great—just no use of the dress. I am size US 4/6 as well and weigh about 135lbs. The ties in the back make this sizing very flexible. I have a big bust and surprisingly that fits too. I am around 34C/D. Hope this helps, let me know if you have anymore questions!
