what is the flat waist and the waist to hem measurement?

@kimmiinoelle Hi there! I just added a pic with a garment tape. I would say it is 14.75 inches. There is a good amount of elastic on the waistband in the back, so it has plenty of comfortable stretch. Hope this helps. Feel free to reach out with any additional questions.
