@sexyfitbuff , heads are spooky. This darn thing scares me half the time as it is. Go to TJ maxx or something. Sometimes they have a bust, or I bet you can find a face less head bust on Amazon. I have a home boutique and purchased my mannequin from Amazon for about 100. However, I see them all the time on Offer-Up and Letgo for way less than that. 🤦🏼♀️

@chez_chic there is no way to send private messages. The sweater was new , no stains and a size Small. Not sure how it was not as described. You didn't ask for more photos, you didn't ask questions so I'm confused with this.

@rangel_claudia ok, thanks I was just going through the PM Q and A as I am pretty new to PM. I had to hit a few selections when I asked PM for help so you may get a few, I've never done this before. Sorry. There is a snag on the back of the sweater and a stain on the back and makeup on the collar. Maybe makeup on the back? Not sure, sorry. I unpacked this morning. Where did you purchase this sweater ?

@chez_chic the swear did not have any stains on it, it was new without tags. It had never been worn. Maybe you tried it on and when you did you for makeup on it? This is unreal. It's a very expensive sweater for you to send it back with stains. Very frustrating!

@rangel_claudia , it is frustrating. I did not even have time to try it on today. I opened it this morning but did not have time to report the issue until this evening. I was with clients all day and meetings. I noticed when I got home. It's a pretty sweater, and am not so concerned with the makeup on it as of the snag in the back. I can send you a pic of snag. The makeup on the back is not very noticeable but it is on the front.
