This is a real vintage item from 1999 (possibly 98) but positive I had it by '99. it is in excellent condition-I never wore it, it's in great condition and been in my dresser drawer for years well taken care of. it is stretchy fabric, similar to lycra, with a bit of shine like real snake skin might have. Absolutely faux snake skin, pattern only of course. Size medium, stretchy so fits small too. Tie halter top makes it adjustable for different chest sizes. It is real vintage in great shape. Rare.
