honorslove @andreashewa the waist is 30.5 inches with a zipper closure. Yes, I think it would be tight. It's equivalent to a size 6-8. And it should be worn at the smallest part of your waist.

honorslove @carolina007 😩 it won't be long enough. I'm 5'3 and it barely touches my knee. Space46 makes their tulle skirts in midi length, which might be the length you're length.

honorslove @carolina007 sorry, I misspoke. This skirt is 25 inches long from waist to hem. And it does come down to my knees. I had this in pink too but it was a shorter length.
