Spaghetti Strap Silk slightly above the knee Splatter paint cocktail dress

The spaghetti straps are adjustable and the rear zipper is in perfect condition .There is a snap/hook above the zipper for extra protection against a opened zipper. The hem slanted at an angle and it falls on a size 8 in a flowy but form fitting manner. The dress is vintage however I am unsure the date of production. The brand is a boutique in NYC ..
