Sparkly purple velvet Tibi top with shoulder pads

This is NWOT! I purchased this at Tibi in GA and have not worn it. It doesn’t stretch and unfortunately I have big hips, so it fits me weird. This material is GORGEOUS though! The shoulder pads and small and removable, but look great in. No size label, but it fits like a 4/6 or M.
