From the late 1990s. Fabulous, well-made sleeveless vest with dark blue topstitching. Front closure with five copper-colored buttons. Color is predominately blue with cream background, with brown and tan. Great slouchy look layered over jeans, skirts, and leggings. Panels plaid, paisley, and medallions. Wear buttoned up or open. Measurements in pics. Excellent used condition, no flaws. From non-smoking home. I'm the only owner of this vest, and it has traveled the world with me!
