kwashle @ginkjenk hello there, I would say it runs true to size. The inner slip material has some stretch but the outer layer of the dress doesn't have a lot of give. The way it fits, it's loose everywhere but the top so, my bust measurement is 36.5"

tiffany00 @kwashle I’m a 4 but petite through shoulders with a 36 bust. Wondering if it would work? Also is the liner stretchy?

kwashle @tiffany00 the inner slip has a little stretch but the outside really doesn't have any give. From what you've described, it seems like it could work since the only fitted portion is the shoulders/bust and sleeve?
