This dress is made by Staud and called the Vincent dress. It is a staple piece for this line. It is a light cotton with a little stretch to it. Buttons down the front with balloon sleeve and pockets. The black dress in the pictures will show you what it looks like on except the length would be a little longer on a person of a more normal height. Dress is like new.
