@ecamerota nope! Because it’s a two piece dress so there is a red slip and then the tulle goes on top. Both have adjustable straps in the back. I’ll upload a picture of me wearing it

Waist: ~25" top of red material before tulle starts
Hip: 31.75" from website, outer dress is flowy
Length: 59.25" can be shortened to about 55” since straps are adjust able
