Steiff rabbit Manni, 17 inches is the second largest rabbit that was made by Steiff. It was produced anywhere from 1961-1967. The yellow flag with the serial numbers is not specific enough to tell when an exact item was produced. All Steiff items are done that way but the serial numbers can be looked in the Steiff Sortement book which gives pictures as well to identify a piece. Item has the yellow flag with the Steiff button in the ear. Item is missing the chest tag with the name Manni on it. Item does not have the original pink satin ribbon on it that is manufactured with but instead has a wide, Beatrix Potter ribbon. Item is in near mint condition. No rips, tears, stains or odors. No missing mohair or worn spots. Item still has visible airbrushing on the paws. Open mouth with no wear to the felt on the mouth. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
