jessicaelliotla @michyscloset Hi! Yes we have a size 7/8 in stock in the clear stones. The stones are oval, and you can see the scale of the stones in our listing with the ring on the finger. The stones are 8mmx6mm. Hope that helps! We do have limited supply of these in the sterling/clear stones for poshmark since they are one of our best selling pieces on our regular retail website. So if you want it, I would order soon :)

But we do have this clear (silvershade) stone in your size, as well as Black Diamond (Dark Grey) if you would like either of those. You can make the same offer here and we will accept.
