The tags and stickers have been removed which is why the bag is not listed as new, but the bag has not been used. you can still see the plastic on some of the hardware. ** please note the last picture, which shows where there was a sticker removed, leaving behind some sticker residue. the material is polyurethane and polyester. the bag width is approximately 9 and 1/2 inches. the bag height is approximately 7 inches. the bag depth is approximately 4 and 1/2 inches. the stat drop on the shorter handle is approximately 4 inches. the stat drop on the cross body strap is adjustable but is approximately 20.5 inches at its shortest. the bag is like new with the exception of the sticker residue on the inside of the bottom part of the bag. there is a zippered outside pocket and a zippered inside pocket that divides the two halves of the bag. There is no closure for the top of the bag
