Stop Staring sheer black dress with embroidered roses. 🌹 I don’t know the name of this style but it’s very similar to the Lilou Swing Dress in the attached picture. Yes you need a slip or body suit under it! I bought this at a local store in New Orleans and there was not a slip sold with the dress. Waist is 15 inches across. No stretch. Pit to pit 19 inches and length about 45 inches.
