Stripe Lace Hem Tunic Dress

Red bodice with burgundy and white stripe bottom. Tunic style dress, white lace trim in a size small. It's 92% polyester 8% spandex blend (feels more like a stretchy fabric). Never worn, it didn't fit me well. It is true to size.
