Striped blue button down business casual top

Hello! Bought this but only wore it twice due to the maintenance. Ie... ironing. Wear it wrinkled or not, pricing a little lower due to the nature of the item. Super cute, business casual, navy blue just for you. I'm a large/extra large and wore this tied around my chest or waist. Can probably fit Large, XL, and 1X.
