vray93 @mia_inhofe the the waist on a small is 24 but it's elastic so it stretches to about 34-35 The length is 37. But you can always adjust the length by wearing it higher or lower

vray93 @mia_inhofe I put the med one on and I'm 5'1 If I wear it above my belly button it still touches the floor. If I wear it below my belly button it almost drags. I can do it for $25 if want to take a chance with it
