Structured navy blue dress with scalloped back :)

This dress is perfect for any sort of awards ceremony or wedding. It's a thicker fabric with a key-hole, scalloped back. I wore it to a graduation ceremony and two other formal events. Going bra-less is recommended (as you can tell from the picture!) Navy blue, from Francesca's. It's a bit too small for me now. Reference: I'm 5'5" and 130lbs.
