how old are these and were they worn recently? asking bc i’ve recently gotten some dry rot weitzmans on posh. thank you!

Hello. I’m not sure of the exact age of the boots but they are at least 10-12 years old. They were only worn a few times and never in bad weather. Additionally, they have not been worn in at least 10 years. I double checked the leather and lining. There is no rot or any other imperfections. Leather is still very supple. They have been stored all this time in the box with silica gel pacs. Would you want them for $70? Let me know! Thanks
