Dark red blouse, has ruffled elastic neckline and sleeve hems. Waist is gathered elastic, material is stretchy and spandex like. Color is darker red than photos show. One tiny snag by the sleeve (see pic) otherwise great condition. Underarm to underarm: 12.5" Shoulder to front hem: 19"
