These are very unusual high heels. Chances are, you have never seen another pair like them. They are fashioned off of male work boots, however they are stiletto heels. They zip up on the inside and do tie on the front side for a stronger fit. They have never been worn. The bottom of the heel area does have a nice texture for a strong grip.
