Bought in Paris, France made in Italy. This is a size small that I would recommend to an EXTRASMALL. It is definitely on the smaller side. The size is entered as a small because that is what I bought, but only buy if in the middle of small and extra small, or extrasmall. FLARE VELVET SWEATPANTS. It is dark navy blue!!
