Summer Purse Straw and Polka Dots Zippered Opening

I bought this when I was working as I changed purses on a daily basis. This purse is in Excellent Condition and so cute with the fringe around the top. The zipper closure. Handle has a cute bow. The purse feels like a straw though I think it is fabric and a black and white polka dots. Medium size purse.
