Synthetic blue sapphire pendant.

Gorgeous 1950s white gold, possibly synthetic blue sapphire pendant. I purchased it as 14 karat gold, but I am unable to find the marking so it is at least 10 karat white gold. Thank you so much for looking at my closet. Please know I am not certified in anyway as a jeweler. I have coveted jewelry for over 40 years, and regard myself as a jewelry snob. I am selling these pieces as I was told they would be when I purchased them. If found to be different, it is beyond my knowledge.
