I always get 39s in blundstones and am a pretty true 8.5
I’m seeing 39 listed as 9’s for all the healed ones— would you say to go up or down in size or should fit the same as flat version boots? Curious if you know…

@allicarolina hi there - I have both the flat and heeled blundstones in Sz 39 listed on Poshmark. I would agree that the heeled version is a smidge smaller in the toe box or perhaps feels smaller due to the slight pitch. It’s not a huge difference but after reading your comment I realized there is a slight difference yes.
