These are the Vintage Series version of the TCX Hero boots (brown color), and only available in Europe! (Photo of regular non-Vintage Series attached sitting on grey box). I had these shipped to me directly from Italy when they were still available, but ordered the wrong size! EU size 45

ecuellar205 How do these sizes run ? In other TCX boots they seem to run a little big . I wear a 12 but in boots they seem to run larger in size so i figure an 11 / 45 EU

r1turbo @ecuellar205 Indeed they do run a bit large. I wear a size 11 in Adidas and Nike shoes, and these boots fit like a size 12 to me. I prefer moto boots to fit snug, so I can better feel the bike controls, plus I’d expect the leather to stretch a tad as they break-in and mold to your feet. Either way, if you were to purchase them and sizing was to be an issue, I’d accept a return in the event they didn’t fit. Cheers.

ecuellar205 thanks , i wear a size 12 in Nike so wondering if they would have a perfect fit.. What are the differences between the boots offered here in the states vs the Europe ones ?

r1turbo @ecuellar205 The Vintage Series ones have a slightly different color (much more classy imo), and more importantly seem to have gone through a different leather tanning process, which retain their color better, and develop a cool patina over time versus the regular US ones, which seem to get blotchy and just lose their color in patches at the wear areas. I’ve attached a photo of the blotchiness beginning to show of the regular US version (sitting on a grey box in the last photo).

r1turbo @alishawww Glad you read it in time! He blocked me as soon as he saw that I called him out lol. I reported it since it’s obvi counterfeit. If you can’t find one on here in time for his b-day. Macy’s or Nordstrom sometimes has a decent selection (and guaranteed to be genuine).
