These shorts are 90% Polyester / 10% Spandex and are extremely light weight as well as breathable. Our logo is embroidered into the material to ensure that it will not fade or peel after multiple washes. The goal is for these shorts to last more than 6 months without issues. The crotch has a spandex section to provide superior flex while getting your lifts in and added ventilation. We've found that these are very useable and perfect for every active lifestyle activity regardless if you're running, weight training, cross-fitting or breaking shins in Muay Thai bouts. - When these were designed it was to have more of a tailored fit compared to that of other short companies that are 'flowy' with a more generic waistband that allows a bunch of leeway. The waistband is not as forgiving so it's important to take the sizing into consideration when ordering. - The inseam on our Athletic Shorts is a size Medium is 6.5" and grade slightly longer for the Sizes L - 5XL.
