In the second photo, is that a stain or reflection of light? Has the dress been altered at all (ie hemmed, taken in, etc)?

Same question about stain v lighting in the close up of the weave, if it’s not too much trouble. VERY interested in this dress if it doesn’t have stains and hasn’t been altered.
