Talbots Petites black tweed blazer with ribbon detailing on all edges. It is a nice airy, lightweight tweed so you can wear it all year round. It has 4 pockets (top 2 are decorative & bottom 2 are still sewn shut from when she bought it, but they can be opened & used- pic 4). There are 4 ribbon covered buttons down the jacket & it is fully lined w/ a silky polyester fabric. My sister cut out the fabric content tag. Size = 12p. Smoke and pet free home.
