Yes, I don't do ironing. This is a tailored top in a petite size 10... it's fairly petite about a size S for reference.... Great for work or being some kind of preppy throwback to the 80's. Goes well with tailored pants and is easy to tuck in to a high waisted skirt or pants because of the short and even shirt bottom....
