Talbots black dress 8P

This is a size 8P dress from Talbots. Fabric is sheer but there is lining so the dress isn’t see-through and it creates nice texture. It’s someone demure with the short sleeves. Really pretty. There used to be a belt but it’s been lost. Would look great with any thin belt — belt loops remain.
