Teal Union Bay High Waisted Cut Off Shorts

Incredibly cute! Only worn a few times personally - and I wish more than anything that they still fit me Purchased from a vintage boutique. Cut offs made from Union Bay Pants (may have been mens). Fabric feels soft, comfortable but durable. High waisted and flattering, loose fit around the thighs Light fringe, cut off style. Gorgeous color! Size on tag is 9/10 - my guess is that’s mens sizing Size most likely aligns with a women’s small - estimating between size 2-4
