Tegan Silk Blouse with Neck Tie

Excellent condition silk blouse from the brand Tegan, purchased at Bloomingdale’s. Filled with beautiful details like a side zipper, buttons at the wrists, a neck tie, and puff shoulders. Has been dry cleaned. I’m sad to let this go, but it no longer fits me!
