Channel Fran Fine from the Nanny! This vintage 90s maxi duster is made with warm and comfy black stretch velvet, and features matching plush leopard print cuffs and collar. There are 4 velvet-covered buttons on the front for partial closure. Great condition with a small hole under the collar on the back (pictured). Not visible when worn because it’s fully under the collar. No tag but looks like a size S or M (stretchy though!)
