The Kooples Black White Polka Dot Studded Dress

Absolutely gorgeous silk dress from the Kooples. Deep v, with an edgy leather belt to add a little flair to a very classic fit and flare polka dot dress. This dress would best suit a size 4 or 6, or someone with a smaller bust. It does not really fit my D cup!
