I have a petite head, and the wigs fit me great, thanks to the adjustable bra-like strap in the back and clips on each side for security. Additionally, I've found that this wig worked great for me as my hair was growing back in since it completely concealed the "bump" look you might get from some wigs if you have longer hair. The cap has plenty of breathing room and is comfortable.
