This shell is perfect for snow, heavy rain, or any severe conditions you might face. I have only worn it a few times. It has The North Face's proprietary waterproofing membrane: Futurelight, which is similar to GORE-TEX only more breathable. This thing has taped seams, a helmet compatible hood, and is in amazing condition. It's a little small for me so I'm selling it :)
