fzook The Poshmark rating system is important - it allows buyers to let sellers know if they loved their item or if there is room for improvement. Once you receive your order, Poshmark will ask you to rate your item. Accepting your item in a timely manner is important because it releases the sellers' funds. You can give your seller 1–5 stars and leave an optional comment. If you leave <5⭐️, you should leave a comment to let the seller know what they can improve.

livingsingle I hope you don't mind if I share this. I sent something the next day for an order I got on a Sunday. It was clean,I put in a hand written thank you and a small gift. And she gave me a 3 which showed up on my profile as "needs improvement." Ugh. I reached out to see what I could have done better. I hope for a response but am not holding my breath. It was only my 2nd item shipped 👎

earthling11 Can I copy this and post it on my closet? Its so well said and accurate. In the past I've had someone actually give me a 1 star rating because the item did not fit like a true size 10 tall, even though the tag said it was.
