I've noticed this is a hot topic among Poshers. So I thought I would comment about what I've notice. As a small business owner, some of you both buyers and sellers, are creating a negative image for yourselves. And it can totally be avoided. We all will view the same items in different ways. So here's a couple of suggestions that might help for future negotiations.

sarah0225 "Lowballers." This phrase discourages people from checking your stuff out. This to potential buyers turns them of because it says you don't have the time nor the day, you just want your money. And when you openly insult someone for making a offer too low for your expectations, it reflects negatively on you. Not the buyer.

sarah0225 You never know what someone might be going thru for you to be so rude. They be lying about being low on cash or may not be, who really knows. It not what you say, its how you say it. While some may agree with your style, remember every Posher on Posh is watching. You may discourage others that were just about to buy from you.

sarah0225 "Bullies." If you made a offer on an item, be patient for a response. Give the other person time to respond. And when they do, don't lose your cool and open insult them because they declined your offer. The item you're bidding on belongs to someone else and their value may be higher than what you're willing to pay.

sarah0225 Try another offer, try to make a sell, or see if they could do a hold. Be keep your cool. Ill manners can discourage others from wanting to negotiate with you.

sarah0225 "Price Checkers." If someone said they bought an item for a certain price, it is very rude to comment on their post that it was cheaper than what they're stating. We all live in different states, shop at different stores, and find differently priced deals elsewhere. So unless you're with that person, you really don't know what they paid.

sarah0225 "Reposh." Many of us have saw something, bought it, and it wasn't what we thought it was going to be when we got it. So instead of losing money, why not resell it. As long as a person is honest about the current condition, it doesn't matter if it's reposhed. It is very rude to post a comment on someone's item that you sold that to them. As long as you got your Posh money, that's all that matter. Let them get their Posh on. I haven't seen one restriction stating that reposhing isn't allowed.
