Thim Smart Ring for sleep

Used this to train myself to fall asleep faster. I used to have an awful time falling asleep and the THIM fixed that. Took a few months but could have gone faster if I'd kept a better bedtime routine. I also used the Power Nap feature quite a lot but I've gotten away from napping now that I'm sleeping well.
