Tibi "Frederic" Off-The-Shoulder Blouse

White off-the-shoulder top with black pinstripes by Tibi. Style: Frederic. Fabric content: viscose/cotton blend. Size: 0. The shirt has elastic in the collar to keep it from sliding down one's shoulders, and has split sides on the bottom for a tunic-like look. This item has some signs of wear: slight pilling on the fabric, as well as a partially opened bottom seam (about an inch long, above the natural hem split) - see last photo. The seam opening is clean and looks easy to repair.
