New other than used ONCE and comes with the original box that accidentally got stained from the bottom but the actual case the necklace is in perfect condition. The necklace is in perfect condition too, it is made out of sterling silver and has a toggle clasp. Very beautiful necklace, I was gifted it recently but I wear gold!
