Authentic Tiffany & Co extra bag strap. Never used however, it has rubs marks on it, Please see pictures!! I did not try to clean it and I don't know what it is. My guess is it was stored with a black bag and the dye rubbed off. The hardware is in perfect condition all stitching in tact.
