phew0811 @lgagle if u are concerned it's best to buy new. It is a preowned piece but I'm not sure what your point of view of condition is To me it's in great condition and is not damaged but ahain it's pre owned I haven't had anyone have any issues w the condition of my pieces.

phew0811 @lgagle it has a box and pouch . Not the blue Tiffany bag when u purchase it from the store . The front is clean . the back of key is smooth but when u shine in light U can see the superficial swirls and superficial scratches . If u have p a y p a l can do it through there . I don't think there is a way to take discover Over the phone . As far as returns go , as long as u pay return ship and it comes back to me in same condition as sent I can accept the return
