Leather and fabric, pleather on top and around zippers, Boots are in good condition as pictured, zippers still work. Tag inside says size 7 but I’m an 8 now after two kids, and they are still super comfy with just enough space, fits all calves because of laces in front. Not sure if they’re waterproof but just buy a can of waterproofer ✅ Always a complement when I wore these, be aware they come with their own fan club 😆😍
