twotulips I have read some of your comments and am having similar issues. I am unable to favorite item, make offers or outright purchases. I have been an excellent customer for two years without issue and now this. I have emailed their PM support and this has not yet been resolved. Do you have any suggestions? I would still very much like to purchase items, but cannot.....and without a reasonable explanation.

lauracasale @twotulips Hm...this sounds different. If you can’t favorite, or outright purchase things...they may have blocked your account for some reason, or for a mistaken reason. The only reason I say it sounds different is because whenever I have reached out to them, they actually get back to me. How long has it been since you wrote them? I would suggest writing again, make the subject ‘account suspended/blocked’ and give it a few days. I’ve never had them not get back to me or not resolve it.

lauracasale @twotulips I know I have read things that say they never get back to you, but that has never been my experience. They always get back to me within a few days. I’m sure it will be taken care of!
