Shaft height is 16 inches at back zipper. It tapers up slightly (1/2 inch) in the middle of the boot where the TB emblem sits. The ankle at its most narrow point (just above buckle) measures roughly 11.5 inches on the outside of the boot. The calf at its widest point (near emblem on shaft) measures 16 inches at outside of boot. Sole measures 11 inches (listed as size 9.5). Happy to provide more measurements if needed.
