lalalovelyy @rachneubarth hi, I need to reset the whole phone because there are some crazy pictures and information on here, but there is a lock code needed to do so. If you can provide me the code possibly the last for digits of the phone number it was used for. Also the touch screen is not responding to anything everytime I try to turn on the speaker or do do anything with the touch screen it does something other then what I'm trying to do. :(

rachneubarth @lalalovelyy I dont know the lock code could be 8644 I'm not sure like I said it has been sitting for over a year I haven't turned it on or used it at all in that time.

lalalovelyy @rachneubarth that's not the code :( :( ! I guess I'll have to delete everything manually. If this phone doesn't meet my needs will consider discounting one of the other phones for me ?! I wouldn't want to send it back since then I really need any phone right now ! Lmk Hun !

lalalovelyy @rachneubarth the only problem I'm experiencing is with the touch screen itself, every time I try to click on one thing something totally different is pushed. It's like it's not responding to where I'm touching. It's just basically does whatever it wants when I touch the screen. And some parts don't work like when the phone is locked I it won't let me unlock it from the screen only when I slide out the key board is when it unlocks :(

rachneubarth @lalaloveyy another code you could try is 6394 or 61610 those are the only others I can think of. It might need to be recalibrated you should be able to try that somewhere in the settings If you pick a different one I would be able to ship today. And I will do 25% off of it. Sorry its not working for you :(

lalalovelyy @rachneubarth I already deleted everything manually. I may want to return this Hun, the sensory on the touch screen is just driving me nuts ! I appreciate the discount but if i already paid for a few things on here so I may not have enough even with the discount :( we can work together or have PM take care of the return. Lmk !!

lalalovelyy @rachneubarth baby girl calm down ! I didn't accept the money yet, because if you didn't agree with the return then I was going to have PM take care of it & they can't help me with returns if I have already accepted the item. Anyways look I will just keep it because I desperately need any phone right now. I'll accept payment & please keep your 25% word for me ! I would appreciate it and even though the phone is driving me crazy I'll deal with it - as long as I can make and receive calls !
