True vintage Handmade 1950’s Mint Party Dress

A one-of-a-kind piece! In need of bit of a press/steam, but otherwise in excellent vintage condition. There is some very light discoloration under the arms that is barely noticeable. Made from a heavy iridescent fabric that’s gorgeous in person - pictures don’t do this justice! Approx 17” pit to pit and 13” waist flat.
